Does Seconvie have a physical store?

Seconvie sells exclusively online. We aim to create a trusted marketplace that brings the utmost transparency where you can buy high-quality consumer electronics with peace of mind.

What does your device definition means?

Our devices have 4 varying conditions and all are 100% functional, tested and cleaned:
  • Brand New - Comes in its original sealed box complete with accessories. Exactly what it is - New!
  • Excellent:
    'Excellent' devices are unmistakable from new ones. Everything’s flawless, with no scratches or marks. Not even tiny ones. Like-new condition, flawless screen and body.
  • Very Good:
    ‘Very Good’ means there might be a few very light scratches here and there - they’re so tiny you wouldn’t be able to see them unless you’re up really close. As for the screen, there might be some really light signs of use, but you wouldn’t notice them when you’re actually using it.
  • Fair:
    ‘Fair’ means the scratches and dents could be a little deeper. But the device will work just fine.

Can Seconvie ship overseas?

Currently we ship devices to HK, France, Unite States etc. 

Which courier do Seconvie uses?

We mainly use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, SF, DPD, and other local courier in the area of Europe. 

Where can I have my sales invoice?

We'll send e-version invoice if you required.

 

How long does it take till I receive my order?

Generally, it takes 1–5 business days for your order to be dispatched from the warehouse and the delivery time frame will be between 1 to 8 business days from the dispatch date depending on the delivery company.
Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible.

What payment methods are accepted on Loop-Mobile?

Seconvie accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay.  We do not accept payments via  check, or cash.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders received before 5pm  are shipped on the same day - you’ll receive your order before you know it! We also use courier tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package from shipment to your door.

What is the refund Policy?

Your product is eligible for a refund within 30 days following the delivery date. After validation of the return by our customer service, a shipping label will be issued. Once the device is received in our warehouse, our team will run a series of tests to confirm the eligibility of the refund. If the device qualifies, the refund will be issued. The whole process can take up to 5 days from the moment the device has been received back by our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited back on the original method of payment, this can take several days. Password locked device, and, or iCloud locked device will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the device’s owner at its own cost.

Warranty

Does my device come with a warranty?

All our refurbished products are backed up by a warranty, up to 12 months. It covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft. 
The warranty does not cover accessories.
